When you think of spring, you think of floral. And what better way to represent than by rockin’ a gorgeous floral print shift dress like the Oasis beauty below?  I am always on the hunt for pieces than can be styled in various ways for looks that are promised to be fun, fresh and unique to my own personal style. Purchasing those staple items, whether it is a pencil skirt, a pair of amazing fitted trousers or even a fun dress, and re-purposing them not only makes sense but it gives you opportunities to think creatively and outside of the box! As a fashionably broke girl on a tight budget, this is a skill I have developed and plan on utilizing for years to come.

As a girl, we all have date nights, office events, weekend errands to run, yummy brunches and girls’ night out.  I used to be a believer that I needed to purchase something new for each new outing. Dumb I know, but we are ALL guilty – so instead I’ve shown you how to style one piece for five different looks. And this isn’t it lades! Use your creativity and I know you can think of some more fun and unique ideas!

Date Night

Keep it classic but still fun by mixing in a printed shoe and a bold statement necklace.

Office

Nothing screams work-appropriate like a structured blazer and a nude pump. See, you can totally still show your style at the office!

Casual

Sure, sweats are way more comfortable while running errands. But nothing is worse than being caught off guard by an ex or group of friends who want to turn that mid-afternoon shopping trip into an early dinner or movie night. Throwing on a super casual denim button up and leopard flats is effortlessly chic but still super comfy!

Brunch

If brunchin’ it with the ladies was a profession, I would be a CEO for sure. Who doesn’t love mimosas, late breakfast/early lunch, and girl talk? A chunky knit thrown over a printed frock is an easy way to turn a dress into a skirt. I’m always down for a good two-in-one look.

Girls’ Night Out

Whether it’s dinner, karaoke or movies, what better way to rock the night away with your girls than by pairing a feminine print with edgy accessories. Sexy, flirty and fun: the perfect combo!
